Why TriPlane Linear

Full compatibility and high performance, combined

The TriPlane Linear pairs high light output and controlled distribution with the efficiency and thermal management of LED, in a modular form that adapts to the footprint of any greenhouse or indoor grow room.

High output, high efficiency

Up to 2313 µmol/s of PAR at up to 3.3 µmol/J, with high-output and low-output modules to match your DLI target.

Linear or SQ mounting

Multiple mounting configurations and distribution angles, so the fixture fits your structure and light plan.

Multiple spectrum recipes

RWMB, Daylight, and far-red recipes, including a dual-channel RWMB+FR option, to match your crop and stage.

Engineered thermal management

Integrated fins dissipate heat through conduction, and the driver sits in a separate aluminum enclosure for maximum airflow and long life.

Mounting configurations

The TriPlane Linear is engineered for multiple mounting configurations:

  • Linear: LED modules mount back-to-back or spaced apart, and driver modules mount vertically or horizontally above or between them.
  • SQ: LED modules are secured on either side of the driver with a factory-installed mounting plate, for a simple one-step installation.

In either configuration, the LED modules can be field-adjusted independently in precise increments in either direction, for highly customized light distribution.

Engineered for easy retrofit

A standard horticultural power connector and intuitive, toolless mounting brackets allow for an easy plug-and-play retrofit. The ability to daisy-chain both the power and 0-10V control reduces installation cost and complexity.

Engineered thermal management

Integrated fins on top of the aluminum LED modules dissipate heat through conduction for optimal passive thermal management. The integrated driver is housed in an aluminum enclosure, separate from the two LED modules, to allow maximum airflow.

Multiple spectrum recipes

The TriPlane Linear is available in RWMB, Daylight, and far-red-enhanced (RWMB_FR) recipes, plus a dual-channel RWMB+FR option, each offered in high-output (HO) and low-output (LO) modules.

Each spectral recipe is tuned for a different application, from broad-spectrum sole-source Daylight to high-efficiency red-and-blue RWMB. See the output table below for the power, efficacy, and photon flux of each.

Linear mounting options

The TriPlane Linear supports a range of mounting hardware so your installer can fit it to your structure. Linear configurations position the driver vertically or horizontally, above or between the LED modules.

TriPlane Linear FAQ

TriPlane Linear questions, answered

What makes the TriPlane Linear different?

It combines high light output and controlled distribution with the efficiency and thermal management of LED, in a modular design with multiple mounting configurations and spectrum recipes to fit any greenhouse or indoor room.

What mounting configurations are available?

The Linear configuration mounts LED modules back-to-back or spaced apart, with driver modules vertical or horizontal. The SQ configuration secures the LED modules on either side of the driver with a factory-installed plate for a one-step install.

What spectrum recipes are available?

RWMB, Daylight, and far-red-enhanced (RWMB_FR) recipes, plus a dual-channel RWMB+FR option, each in high-output (HO) and low-output (LO) modules. The output table lists the flux and efficacy of each.

Can I mix LED modules and ballasts?

No. The system is modular but not interchangeable. Each LED module must be paired only with its matched ballast (LO or HO). Do not mix, swap, or cross-pair different output modules and ballasts, a mismatched combination can cause malfunction or permanent damage that is not covered by warranty.
