Integrated heat fins—in combination with a unique “breathable” membrane to prevent dust-ingress—ensure optimal thermo-regulation for long-term operating reliability.
Given the dimensional nature of taller crops, directing light deep within the canopy to reach the lower leaves is typically a challenge. The NXT2 with Beta Reflector delivers a more focused field of illumination between 0 & 45 degrees in the lower hemisphere, producing uniformly deep light penetration into the canopy below with a phenomenal efficiency* of 93.5%.

The product is meant for use in climate controlled rooms. The product may be used in damp environments. The product may not be used in wet environments or outdoors. PL Light Systems’ double-ended HID luminaires function optimally when the ambient temperature is between 20 ~ 30 °Celsius.
HPS Luminaires warrantied for 40 months, electronic drivers for 40 months, and HPS Lamps for 4 years or 10,000 burning hours, whichever comes first. Complete system 40-month warranty period applies to product configurations with factory standard P.L. Light Systems’ ballast ONLY. Warranty period may vary for configurations with ballast and/or lamp by other manufacturers.
